Mitsubishi Motors Corp. launches on Sept 17 a new mini vehicle, the Toppo (photo), for the Japanese market in an effort to boost its lineup of smaller and fuel-efficient cars amid high gasoline prices and growing concerns over climate change.

Axon Automotive showcase their carbon fiber car which they say gets phenomenal fuel efficiency. It will have the technology to travel over 100 miles per gallon which is unprecedented. This coming in desperation due to rising gas prices and oil scarcity.

WSJ’s John Murphy reviews Mazda’s new hydrogen hybrid, the Premacy Hydrogen Rotary Engine Hybrid. The vehicle attempts to combine different types of green technology, he says.
