I’m currently using Techinline http://www.techinline.com which is a probably the easiest tool to use when it comes to connecting to the remote party. First of all, it is fully customizable so you could run it from your own webpage, and the best thing about it is the absence of any installation. All your client has to do is get a number and once you type that number in on your end, that’s the connection. From what I’ve seen, and Crossloop included, that’s as easy as it gets!

Yea, that looks like a nice easy to use tool also… There are so many of everything these day, if that makes sense!
